The Creative Economy Agency (Public Organization), or CEA, is advancing its mission to bring Thailand’s content industry onto the global stage by hosting the second edition of the Content Project Market — a national platform for buying, selling, and pitching content projects. Held under the “Content Lab 2025” project, this event aims to spark business matching and showcase Thai content across international markets, reinforcing Thailand’s Soft Power strategy. The event will take place from 10 – 12 September 2025, at True Digital Park (East), 6th – 7th Floors.
Dr. Chakrit Pichyangkul, Executive Director of CEA, explained: “The Content Project Market is a national marketplace where Thai content creators — including filmmakers, screenwriters, and animators — can present their ideas, concepts, or in-development projects directly to production houses, content investors, distributors, and streaming platforms from both Thailand and abroad. More than 70 companies are expected to participate.”

The event will feature project pitching sessions, B2B business matching, and networking receptions, as well as industry forums led by Thai and international experts. These forum sessions will be open not only to content professionals but also to the general public interested in the Content & Media industry.
“CEA views the Content Project Market as more than just an event — it is a step toward building a comprehensive and sustainable ecosystem for Thai content creators,” Dr. Chakrit continued. “By connecting talent with funding and commercial platforms, we are opening doors for projects to progress into production while elevating the standard of Thai content to compete on the global stage. The event also reinforces Thailand’s image as a growing creative hub.”

CEA believes that Thai content offers value beyond entertainment. It inspires the audience, drives economic growth, and enhances the global perception of Thai identity.“Thai films and series have the power to attract international tourists and drive demand for Thai products and services featured in global content,” Dr. Chakrit noted. “This event not only boosts the visibility of content creators on the world stage, but also serves as a strategic driver for the long-term development of Thailand’s creative economy.”
The Content Project Market will run from 10 – 12 September 2025, at True Digital Park (East), 6th – 7th Floors. The event aims to strengthen Thailand’s Creative Content & Media industry to meet global market demands. A total of 54 creative teams will present their projects, including:
